Do you spray sealer on stamped concrete?
No. Stamped concrete gets hand brushed, every time. Brushing works the sealer into the stamped texture so it bonds evenly instead of sitting on top in a thin, fragile film. With flat concrete, we use a penetrating sealer that soaks in, and spraying is the right way to apply it.
When can concrete be sealed in Colorado?
Typically, customers seal their concrete late spring through early fall. The surface needs to be dry and temperatures steady for the sealer to bond, and Front Range weather only cooperates part of the year. Fall sealing pays off fastest, because the surface goes into winter protected.
