Deck Refinishing and Sealing
We sand your deck down to clean wood, refinish it to a professional finish, and seal it with a mineral-based penetrating sealer that delivers superior water resistance. No oils, no petroleum, zero VOC. There's no odor, nothing discolors the wood, and it's harmless to kids, pets, and plants. Color tints are available. The sealer is applied by brush to work it into the grain instead of leaving it sitting on the surface. That can make the difference between a finish that holds and one that fails early.
Stamped Concrete Resealing
A stamped patio that has faded to chalk usually just needs its sealer renewed. We apply a high-end solvent-based sealer that brings the color back and protects the surface from the weather. When we reseal your concrete, it's hand brushed to ensure full coverage. Our stamped concrete sealer is of the highest quality, offering longest and toughest solvent based sealer on the market. If your patio gets slick when it rains, a non-skid additive is also available.
Grey & Flat Concrete Sealing
For driveways, sidewalks, and flat patios we use a mineral-based penetrating sealer that's sprayed on to repel water and chemicals. It slows pop-outs, protects against freeze-thaw damage, and leaves the traction of the surface unchanged. Because it penetrates rather than forming a film, this one is sprayed on and soaks in. Your concrete looks the same afterward. It just stops drinking water.
