Faded stamped concrete is usually a sealer problem, not a concrete problem
The rich color you paid for on a stamped patio lives under a clear protective coat. Colorado sun and weather grind that coat down over time.
As the coat fails, it loses clarity and the surface reads hazy, white, or chalky, while the color underneath goes flat. Homeowners see that and assume the patio is ruined, but it rarely is.
A proper reseal renews the surface, and the color and depth come back with it. In rare cases when the concrete itself is genuinely damaged by deep spalling, heaving, structural cracking and resealing isn't the fix, we'll let you know instead of sealing over a larger issue.
